Waldorf Astoria is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join the Brassica (https://brassicaatlanta.com/) Team at this gorgeous Atlanta property!
Located in one of Atlanta's most prestigious neighborhoods, this Forbes 4-Star and AAA 4-Diamond hotel is a 42-story tower with over 200 rooms (127 guest rooms plus residences), over 10,000 square feet of meeting space, and 3 food and beverage outlets. This includes the 3-meal restaurant, bar, and in-room dining.

In this role, you will be overseeing the day-to-day operations of our signature dining restaurant, Brassica. You will report directly to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage and oversee 2 Food and Beverage Supervisor and 30 Front-of-House Team Members.
The ideal candidate must be an exceptional leader with a passion for creating extraordinary experiences, a talent for training and developing others, and experienced in all aspects of restaurant operations (ex. financial performance, social media reputation, local market capture, and employee relations). At least 2 years of restaurant management experience in an upscale dining environment is required. Experience in a Forbes rated environment and strong beverage knowledge.

Lead daily operations: Manage outlet operations, including guest service standards, product quality, inventory, cost controls, profitability, marketing, budgeting, and enforcing policies and procedures

Inspire and develop the team: Supervise, coach, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build, retain, and engage a high-performing team
Drive revenue growth: Implement innovative marketing strategies, up-selling techniques, and promotional initiatives to maximize food and beverage sales and profitability
Recruit and onboard talent: Lead hiring efforts, conduct interviews, and train new team members to maintain high service standards and operational excellence
Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
