The Marketplace Seller Risk team ensures platform integrity by developing advanced technology, tools, and frameworks that support secure and efficient seller operations. Combining expertise in technology, business strategy, product development, data science, and engineering, the team delivers innovative solutions balancing operational efficiency with risk management. Members collaborate to enhance long-term marketplace performance, continuously improving processes aligned with strategic goals. The team fosters a reliable environment for all stakeholders, driving sustainable growth and a healthy platform ecosystem through effective program management, stakeholder engagement, and technology-driven risk mitigation.
What you'll do:
Lead and manage multiple technology operations projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery within budget.
Develop and implement technology strategies that support business goals and drive operational efficiency.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for technology programs to optimize cost-effectiveness.
Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders to influence decisions and resolve complex issues.
Monitor program performance, assess risks, and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices and innovative processes across technology operations.
What you'll bring:
Proven expertise in program and financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control across multiple projects.
Strong knowledge of technology strategies and ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
Demonstrated ability to define program goals, deliverables, and schedules for complex projects.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to build consensus and influence outcomes.
Experience in risk assessment, mitigation planning, and program monitoring to ensure successful delivery.
Ability to develop business cases and translate domain requirements into actionable technology solutions.
Leadership experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Sunnyvale, California US-11789: The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
