Role summary:
The Senior Manager, Technology Operations, leads the planning and execution of multiple complex technology programs aligned with strategic objectives. This role requires expertise in program and financial management, stakeholder engagement, and technology strategy to drive operational excellence and deliver measurable business value. The position involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks, and optimizing resource allocation to ensure successful project outcomes. The incumbent will also develop business cases, influence stakeholders, and promote continuous improvement while maintaining high standards of integrity and compliance within a dynamic technology environment.

The Marketplace Seller Risk team upholds platform integrity by developing advanced technologies, tools, and frameworks that enable secure and efficient seller operations. Combining expertise in technology, business strategy, product development, data science, and engineering, the team delivers innovative solutions balancing operational efficiency with risk management. Members collaborate to enhance marketplace performance and continuously improve processes aligned with strategic goals. The team fosters a reliable environment for stakeholders, driving sustainable growth and a healthy platform ecosystem through effective program management, stakeholder engagement, and technology-driven risk mitigation.
What you'll do:
Lead program management efforts by defining goals, deliverables, and schedules for multiple complex projects aligned with strategic objectives.
Oversee financial management including budgeting, cost monitoring, and resource allocation to ensure program success.
Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, facilitating clear communication and consensus across teams.
Translate business requirements into actionable technology strategies and solutions.
Monitor program performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure timely delivery.
Drive continuous improvement by supporting process enhancements and adoption of new tools.
Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing technology operations group.
What you'll bring:
Proven expertise in program and financial management, including budgeting and cost monitoring across multiple projects.
Strong knowledge of technology strategies and ability to align projects with overall business objectives.
Demonstrated skills in stakeholder management, effective communication, and building consensus across teams.
Experience in risk assessment, mitigation planning, and program estimation to ensure successful delivery.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technology solutions.
Proficiency in business operations, including KPI assessment and driving execution of strategic plans.
Leadership capabilities in mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Sunnyvale, California US-11789: The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
