Description Rochester Regional Health is seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and mission-driven Geriatric Medicine physician to join our nationally recognized Unity Geriatric Associates team in Rochester, New York. This is an exceptional opportunity for a Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician with fellowship training in Geriatrics who is passionate about caring for older adults across the continuum of care. This role offers the unique opportunity to practice across multiple care settings, including: Outpatient office-based geriatrics Inpatient hospital consultative care Skilled nursing facility coverage Assisted living and long-term care settings You'll have the ability to build meaningful longitudinal relationships with patients and families while working within a fully integrated health system designed to support coordinated, high-quality geriatric care.
