Position Overview: As Senior Director of Facilities, you will delight our Financial Services client through the strategic and operational delivery of JLL's Facility Management services across a dynamic Americas real estate portfolio. You will be responsible for providing transformational leadership that fosters an ownership-mindset culture, develops , empowers, and elevates our people to deliver outstanding services aligned with our client's Workplace desired outcomes. With your extensive facilities management expertise, business acumen, and leadership capabilities, you will drive operational excellence, manage substantial budgets, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders while fostering a high-performing team culture. This is an onsite role based in Midtown Manhattan with approximately 20% travel. What Your Day Will Look Like Portfolioleadershipand service delivery.You'lldrivestrategicand tacticalexcellenceas the senior leader responsible forthedelivery, clientsatisfactionandtransformational initiativeswithinourAmericas facilities management portfolio. Each day brings opportunities to analyze portfolio-wide performance data,identifyoptimization opportunities, and present strategies thatleverageindustry trends and data-driven insights to enhance customer experience. Financial stewardship and performance management.You'lloversee comprehensive financial planning including operational budgeting and forecasting. Your focus on cost optimization and variance analysis ensures performance within approved budgets and CPI tolerances while delivering measurable value through annual savings targets and transparent financial reporting. Client partnership and relationship building.You'llestablishand maintain strong relationships at all organizational levels, serving as the primary point of escalation for complex operational challenges.
