Primary responsibilities include (i) quarterly fund and investor reporting data validation and analytics, (ii) recurring and ad hoc operational and financial performance requests from existing and prospective investors and the consulting community, and (iii) process, policy and procedure improvement, automation and scalable workflow design.
In addition, the Analyst will partner with Finance, Technology, fund administration and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation, organize requirements, coordinate deliverables and support timely, accurate data and reporting outcomes for the Firm.
The Analyst will gain an understanding of the various investment vehicles managed by Affinius Capital, the real estate reporting and accounting metrics provided to investors, consultants and internal stakeholders, and the technology platforms that support those deliverables. The candidate can expect an environment that values initiative, creative thinking, ownership and continuous improvement, with opportunities to lead projects, propose new ideas and help shape more efficient ways of working within a dynamic team and organization.

They will demonstrate reliability, integrity, initiative and a positive attitude, excelling both independently and as part of a team.
