Job Summary and Qualifications

Perform cardiac ultrasound without supervision to include, but not limited to transthoracic, transesophageal, and stress echocardiograms Sonographers will have technical skill of studies as well as instrumentation, maintenance of equipment function and safety policy and procedures.

What qualifications you will need:

Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

Associate Degree, or Vocational School Graduate, or Certificate

Must be registered with American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) within 6 months of hire/transfer into position.

Minimum one-year experience in Echocardiography preferred.

Tech could assist with stress test in the stress lab.
