Description

We are seeking an HR Generalist for a contract role in the New City area. This individual will support day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, and compliance. The role requires a hands-on professional who can adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and partner with leadership to ensure a positive and compliant workplace.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes

Serve as a point of contact for employee relations inquiries and HR matters

Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HRIS updates

Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws

Support recruiting efforts, including screening and interview coordination
