Freedom Ridge Roofing LTD; 601 S Bowen Street Ste 118, Longmont, CO 80501, Phone: 303-485-9432, is looking to fill 15 Construction Laborers positions from 10/01/2026 to 12/31/2026. This is temporary, seasonal, full-time employment.

Duties include: Under the supervision of the supervisor, a construction laborer will perform ground-level site preparation and cleanup to support installation crews. Duties include setting cones, barriers, caution tape, and tarps to establish safe work zones; clearing loose debris, obstacles, and hazards from work areas; marking and organizing designated staging and access areas; and ensuring ground-level spaces are properly prepared for installation activities. Loading and unloading trucks with construction-related materials used on-site, such as hand tools, power tools, ladders, tarps, safety barriers, buckets, fasteners, nails and screws, small equipment, and debris containers, and staging these materials and tools to designated ground-level areas for immediate use by installation crews, without involvement in warehouse or inventory operations. Acting as a spotter for material lifts by assisting with the safe movement and placement of materials, collecting debris, scrap materials, trash, and packaging from the jobsite, using magnetic sweepers to remove nails and metal fragments, and performing general jobsite housekeeping, including sweeping work areas, organizing tools and materials, and maintaining clean, safe, and hazard-free walkways and work zones throughout the construction site.

Requirements are: No experience required.

Minimum education: No education required.

Special skills/certifications: Must be able to handle temperature extremes, heights, must be able to use a tape measure accurately, and must be able to lift and carry 25 lbs for 15 yards.

Workers will be paid no less than $23.57 per hour, based on experience. Overtime is not available.

The standard work week is 40 hours, divided into 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break, as required by our employee handbook. The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position. Daily

Travel is required within the Greeley, CO, Fort Collins-Loveland, CO, Denver-Aurora-Centennial, CO, and the Boulder, CO areas, including the counties of Weld, Larimer, Jefferson, and Boulder.

The requested temporary workers will be based at 601 S Bowen ST Ste 118, Longmont, CO 80501. Employer will provide transportation to and from all worksites.

The employer will use a single work week to compute wages due. Pay period is Weekly. The employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law.

Housing is not provided.

If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will arrange and pay directly for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs for return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economically reasonable common carrier for the distance involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.78 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. Reimbursement in the first week of work for all visas, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the worker (but not including passport expenses or other charges primarily for the benefit of the worker). The employer will provide the worker at no charge with all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job, and on-the-job training on the proper useof tools and equipment. The employer guarantees, as required by law, to offer work for the hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12 weeks of the total employment period.
