Position Summary
The ERP / Supply Chain Systems Lead is responsible for the deployment, administration, optimization, and operational support of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Supply Chain systems ecosystem supporting Fluidstack's Phoenix manufacturing operations.
This role serves as the primary liaison between Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, Planning, and the Digital Systems Integration organization to ensure business processes are effectively translated into system workflows that support operational execution.
Working under the direction of the Operations Manager - Digital Systems Integration, the ERP / Supply Chain Systems Lead is responsible for ensuring system readiness, data integrity, process adoption, reporting accuracy, and integration across material planning, inventory control, procurement, production support, and fulfillment activities.
This position plays a critical role in establishing the digital foundation required to support material flow, inventory visibility, production planning, and operational scalability throughout the facility lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
ERP & Supply Chain Systems Deployment
Support implementation and operationalization of the selected ERP and supply chain platforms.
Coordinate activities including:
System configuration support
Business process validation
User acceptance testing (UAT)
Data migration activities
Go-live readiness assessments
Transaction testing
Operational acceptance reviews
Ensure system deployment aligns with approved business requirements and operational objectives.
Support the successful transition from implementation to sustained business operations.

Partner directly with operational stakeholders to align system functionality to business processes.

Coordinate closely with Manufacturing Operations and MES leadership to ensure operational alignment between production and enterprise systems.

Help establish a seamless flow of information between planning, inventory, procurement, and production execution.

Responsible for supporting governance and quality standards related to:
Part numbers
Bills of Material (BOM)
Inventory records
Material classifications
Supplier records
Location hierarchies
Planning parameters
Monitor and resolve data quality issues that could impact operational execution.
Support long-term master data governance initiatives.

Serve as the primary operational point of contact for ERP and supply chain system users.

Assist with validation of interfaces, transaction flows, and cross-system data integrity.

Manage ERP and supply chain system issues from identification through resolution.

Support the first production deployment by ensuring:

Partner closely with Assembly Operations to validate business processes and system workflows.

As Fabrication scales, support expanded ERP functionality including:
Advanced planning requirements
Inventory forecasting

Supplier management visibility
Production scheduling support
Ensure lessons learned from Assembly implementation are incorporated into future deployment activities.

Skills and Requirements
Required Qualifications
5-8+ years of experience supporting ERP, supply chain systems, inventory management systems, or enterprise business applications
Experience supporting manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or industrial operations
Strong understanding of:
Procurement processes
Inventory management
Material planning
Warehouse operations
Supply chain workflows
Production support processes
Experience participating in ERP implementations, upgrades, or operational support programs
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and operational stakeholders Preferred Qualifications
