Fri06:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Sat06:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Screen individuals, belongings, and/or deliveries entering and leaving the location in accordance with site policies, and report irregularities through appropriate channels.

Monitor entry points, verify credentials, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas within a technology, media, and/or telecommunications location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document security-related events according to site protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to identify unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.

Be at least 21 years of age.

Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.

Customer service experience preferred.

Access control and/or badge experience preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
