In this role, you will monitor communications, coordinate responses to security-related activity, document critical information, and support personnel across the site with professionalism and care. Pay Rate: $26.80 / Hour

Sat07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

Sun07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response and dispatch activities.

Monitor radios, telephones, alarms, cameras, and/or other communication systems to receive calls for service, relay information to on-site personnel, and document security-related activity in a clear and timely manner.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to coordinate resources and communicate updates with site contacts, first responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter when assigned, while maintaining awareness of restricted areas, access activity, and other conditions that could require a security-related response.

Prepare and maintain dispatch logs, incident reports, and shift activity records, helping to support continuity of operations within a dynamic aero and defense location.

Minimum Requirements:

An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
