Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the leading payments provider for businesses and corporations of all sizes, with small business being the largest customer segment and a continued area of investment and focus. The Small Business Marketing Team is responsible for acquisition and customer engagement marketing for all Small Business Card, Banking, and Lending solutions.
Within?Small Business Marketing, the?Customer Growth Marketing Team?is responsible for deepening engagement with our existing Customers to accelerate growth and momentum for the business. The?Senior Analyst, Business Line of Credit (BLOC) & Business Banking will support efforts to optimize the marketing funnel for BLOC and Banking. They will help to optimize application funnel performance by analyzing customer behavior, identifying friction points, and recommending improvements to increase conversion.?In addition, they will provide cross-team backlog management support for both BLOC and Business Banking, supporting a robust test-and-learn agenda and driving meaningful business growth.
Responsibilities
Execute against a test-and-learn roadmap, including A/B tests and journey enhancements, in partnership with Product, Tech, and Analytics teams.
Support PMO activities, including creating / managing centralized backlogs and roadmaps, maintaining timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring key milestones are met.
Support monthly leadership meetings to review backlog management, test plans and results
Partner cross-functionally with Product and Tech to support the delivery of site and application enhancements and new features.
Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights on site engagement, application starts, submissions, conversion rates, and drop-off points.
Leverage customer insights, data, and competitive research to inform recommendations and support ongoing optimization efforts.
Support marketing execution and Legal/Compliance approvals to ensure compliant journeys
Ensure strong attention to detail and quality control across all application experiences and launches.?
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, analytics, or related fields.
Strong interest in digital customer journeys and conversion optimization
Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and contribute to shared goals.
Detail-oriented with a focus on executional excellence and accuracy.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to take ownership and learn in a fast-paced environment.
