Our client in the aerospace and manufacturing industry is seeking a Customer Service Rep to join their team. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be part of the Commercial department supporting the CS team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be customer-oriented, and possess excellent time management skills.

Job Title: Customer Service Rep (6am-2:30pm) w/ 2+ hours of OT as needed

Location: Garden Grove, CA 90262

Pay Range: $18 - $23.00

What's the Job?

Review the MRP system with CS counterpart to ensure customer order due dates are in line with required delivery dates.

Assist PM with New Product Introduction in coordination with Quality and Operations.

Collaborate with PM on creating daily report of customer orders currently in-house to review scheduled expected completion dates against current order status to ensure orders are completed on time.

Coordinate with CS counterpart to provide continuous status of their orders within the allotted 4-hour time frame.

Relay communications between quality and operations departments to support our customers' expectations.

What's Needed?

High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required

2-3 years of experience in Aerospace or Manufacturing (required)

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel

Accountability - Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions.

Active Listening - Ability to actively attend to, convey, and understand the comments and questions of others.
