Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Operations Analyst - Collateral & Margin Management to join their team. As a Operations Analyst - Collateral & Margin Management, you will be part of the Collateral & Margin Management group supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Operations Analyst - Collateral & Margin Management

Location:White Plains, NY

Pay Range: $45- 50/hr

What's the Job?

Support margin call management across various financial products to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Reconcile accounts and manage controls to maintain data accuracy and integrity.

Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvements.

Develop reports and dashboards to support business planning and performance monitoring.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and implement process enhancements.

What's Needed?

Experience in business analysis, operations, or process improvement within a financial environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with process mapping and project management tools.

Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
