Job Title: Warehouse Loader
Job Description
The Warehouse Loader safely and efficiently loads and unloads materials from trucks and trailers, organizes and stages materials in the warehouse, and supports production operations as needed. This role also assists with deliveries, verifies materials, and helps ensure a positive experience for customers while maintaining a clean and orderly work area.
Responsibilities
Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers in a safe, accurate, and timely manner.
Organize, stage, and move materials within the warehouse to support efficient workflow.
Assist with deliveries by verifying materials, checking orders against documentation, and helping ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle and lift heavy materials, including boxes and other items weighing around 50 pounds or more, throughout the shift.
Perform general labor tasks such as material handling, palletizing, and basic warehouse support.
Clean and maintain the warehouse area during downtime to keep the facility safe, organized, and free of debris.
Support production work from time to time, including basic production and carpentry-related tasks as needed.
Communicate effectively with team members and work collaboratively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while operating in and around loading areas and production spaces.
Essential Skills
Proven experience in production labor or similar hands-on work environment.
Demonstrated ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds repeatedly and safely.
Experience with material handling, including loading and unloading trucks and trailers.
Ability to perform general labor tasks such as lifting boxes, loading trucks, and unloading materials.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Strong attention to detail when verifying materials and organizing inventory.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Basic reading skills to understand labels, work orders, and safety instructions.
Willingness to perform occasional production work and basic carpentry-related tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in a warehouse, loading, or general labor role.
Experience in production environments, including familiarity with basic production processes.
Ability to adapt to changing workloads, especially during busy seasons.
Reliability and punctuality for early-morning shifts.

Work Environment
This role operates in a busy warehouse and production environment, especially during peak season. The position is full-time and not temporary. The standard schedule runs Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with the expectation to work until 4:00 p.m. or 5:00 p.m. as needed, including overtime. Work takes place both inside the warehouse and outside in loading areas, requiring frequent lifting of heavy materials around 50 pounds and exposure to varying weather conditions when working outdoors. The environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, with a focus on safety, teamwork, and keeping the facility clean and organized.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
