Salary The salary range for this role, based in New York, is $65,000 to $75,000. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate'sexperience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position. Hybrid Work ModelWe offer a hybrid work experience designed to balance flexibility with meaningful in-person connection. In this role, you'll spend three days per week at our New York Corporate Office (250 Park Avenue), where you can collaborate with colleagues, build relationships, and stay connected to our team culture-while enjoying the flexibility to work remotely on other days.If you're not currently within commuting distance, we welcome candidates who are open to relocating to the area.Please note that relocation assistance is not offered for this position. Job Summary:We are seeking Finance Analysts to join our dynamic Finance team. These roles are ideal for early-career professionals who are eager to build a strong foundation in Finance and gain exposure to business performance, financial planning, and analysis. Finance Analysts will support core planning, reporting, and analysis activities across the business while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate insights that inform decision-making. You are curious, detail-oriented, and motivated by learning, growth, and exposure to senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. What you'll do Support monthly P&L reporting, latest estimates, and annual budget submissions using group financial reporting tools. Analyze financial performance, profitability, and resource allocation in partnership with cross-functional business teams. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of financial data, reports, and systems outputs. Prepare consolidated commentary, presentations, and reporting materials for senior leadership and finance stakeholders. Build, maintain, and enhance reporting dashboards to track KPIs and support data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with IT and business partners to improve reporting processes, data quality, and automation. * Contribute to ad-hoc financial analyses and special projects as needed.
