The Growth Marketing team is focused on acquiring new advertisers and helping existing businesses succeed across advertising platforms. This team owns end-to-end campaign strategy and execution, partnering closely with creative, analytics, and marketing operations teams to deliver high-impact, data-driven marketing programs.
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager who can operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and operations, driving global marketing campaigns and digital initiatives that directly impact advertiser growth and platform adoption.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy & Execution
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of performance marketing campaigns (from brief through launch, optimization, and analysis)
Partner with cross-functional teams to execute integrated digital campaigns across web, email, in-app, and paid channels
Support campaign QA, launch coordination, and ongoing optimization
Project & Program Management
Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables for global marketing initiatives
Build and maintain detailed project plans, trackers, and status updates
Manage dependencies, risks, and roadblocks to ensure on-time delivery
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with product marketing, creative teams, data science, and marketing operations
Drive alignment across stakeholders and ensure transparent communication
Lead working sessions, status meetings, and creative collaboration efforts
Operational Excellence
Manage marketing workflows and support execution of growth marketing strategies
Interface with tooling vendors and internal systems to ensure smooth operations
Oversee ad-hoc projects and contribute to broader program initiatives
Performance & Insights
Track campaign performance and ensure alignment with KPIs and business goals
Analyze results and provide clear, actionable insights and recommendations
Support budget tracking and ensure efficient allocation of marketing spend
QualificationsRequired
5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or marketing project management
Experience supporting digital campaigns across web, social, email, or in-app channels
Proven ability to manage end-to-end marketing programs in complex, cross-functional environments
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present to stakeholders and leadership
Experience working in enterprise or large-scale technology environments
Preferred
Experience with data analysis or performance reporting (Excel; SQL familiarity and readability is a plus)
Experience with hands on execution and ads manager
Experience managing marketing budgets and ROI tracking
Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate effectively in fast-paced environments

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $70.00/hr.
