Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a dedicated 2nd Shift Forklift Operator to join their team. As a 2nd Shift Forklift Operator, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: 2nd Shift Forklift Operator

Location: Groveport, OH

Pay Range: $22.12

Shift: 3:30pm - 12:00am, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

Picking and packing parts with accuracy to ensure quality and prevent damage

Physically and systematically placing inbound freight, with flexibility for process deviations

Reporting product discrepancies, variances, and damages promptly to supervisors

Conducting searches to locate misclassified inventory and resolve issues efficiently

Operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and stock chasers safely and effectively

What's Needed?

Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or related fields

Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other mechanical warehouse equipment

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to follow all safety protocols and procedures

Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
