We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Specialist to join our team in the turbine generator component factory. This position is 2 nd shift, Monday -Thursday 3:30PM-2:00AM. Our factory in Fort Payne, Alabama has been producing high-quality electrical components for the world for the past 37 years. You can expect to work with teammates in a safe, comfortable, climate-controlled environment to manufacture parts for large generators. This role is perfect for individuals with strong hands-on skills who take pride in their craftsmanship and are committed to producing top-quality products!

How You Make An Impact

Perform hands-on assembly,fabrication, and assembly of turbine generator components.

Utilize various hand tools andmachinery to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.

Follow detailed workinstructions and blueprints to ensure precision in manufacturing.

Conduct quality inspections offinished products to meet specifications and standards.

Maintain a clean and organizedwork area, adhering to safety protocols.

Collaborate with team membersto meet production goals and deadlines.

What You Bring

High school diploma/GED thatcan be verified; technical training or certification in manufacturing or arelated field is a plus.

A strong safety and quality mindsetis a must.

Any hands-on experience in a manufacturingor assembly role, preferably in the energy sector, is preferred.

Strong mechanical aptitude andproficiency with hand tools and machinery.

Ability to read and interprettechnical drawings and specifications.

Strong problem-solving skillsand ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

Gas Services

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
