Pay Rate: $23.00/hour (6-month Contract position)
Shift: 8am-5pm

What's a typical day as Customer Support Representative? You'll be:
Supporting domestic and international sales operations through effective coordination and management of Order-to-Invoice processes.
Managing the full Order-to-Invoice lifecycle for customer orders, including order initiation, allocation, invoicing, and contract compliance.
Utilizing ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, M3) to process orders and maintain customer master data.
Serving as the primary contact for assigned accounts, collaborating directly with customers, Sales Managers, Account Managers, and internal stakeholders.
Evaluating and managing customer complaints, registering claims, and providing input for solutions.
Proactively communicating with external and internal stakeholders regarding processes, delays, requirements, inventory, and shipping.
Occasionally visiting customers and internal personnel to ensure customer expectations are met.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have a high school diploma and at least 4 years of customer service or order management experience (Bachelor's Degree or some college preferred).
Possess experience working in cross-functional and global environments.
Are proficient with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred), Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis), CRM tools (Salesforce), and reporting tools (Power BI is a plus).
Demonstrate strong knowledge of order management, customer master data, billing/invoicing processes, SLAs, and KPIs.
Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage difficult customer conversations professionally.
Have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without direct authority.
Are able to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Can work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Logistics teams.
