JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Description: The Litigation Docketing Supervisor
will support the docketing of our litigation matters firm-wide in a
timely and accurate fashion. This position will also serve as the point
person for all litigation docketing-related issues. The Litigation
Docketing Supervisor will work closely with the Docketing Director in
assessing and adapting workflows and processes to make the Litigation
Docketing Team more efficient. This position will help to formulate and
implement best practices as well as provide up-to-date information to
the Litigation Docketing Team regarding any changes to the litigation
practice in the U.S. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS These essential functions are
primary job duties that incumbents must be able to perform unassisted or
with some reasonable accommodation. Assist in coordinating the docketing
process. Monitor and balance workload in assigned email boxes. Enter and
update docket entries daily according to the firm\'s docketing policies
and standards. Produce various docket reports upon request. Troubleshoot
docket concerns and issues. Monitor client closures and perform docket
system cleanup of related entries as appropriate. Provide ongoing
information and technical support to attorneys, legal staff and
administrative staff throughout the firm concerning the specific
policies and general mechanics relating to the litigation docketing
process. Provide suggestions to revise policy and procedure where
necessary. Create and provide training for new team members and
coordinate training for the group where needed. Act as primary contact
for training new staff on the firm\'s litigation docketing procedures
and reviewing others\' work to ensure accuracy in litigation docketing
entries and compliance with firm procedures. Stay current of the varying
litigation processes throughout the U.S. Process mail and docket
activities in accordance with firm policy and procedure. Work with the
Docketing Director to evaluate Litigation Docketing Team performance and
help resolve disciplinary issues. Perform other duties, as assigned. Be
present at work during regularly scheduled working hours and as needed
in the position, consistent with the firm\'s attendance expectations.
