About the company:Provider Resources Inc. (PRI) administers Independent Dispute Resolution under the federal No Surprises Act, processing payment disputes that directly protect patients from unexpected medical bills. We are a PE-backed, growth-stage company building the systems and team that will define PRI for the next decade.About the role:The IDRE Finance Manager leads PRI's IDRE financial operations - overseeing stakeholder payment flows, managing a team of 5-10, and serving as the primary finance contact for insurance payers and non-insurance payers. This is an operational leadership role for someone who thrives on accuracy at scale, stakeholder relationships, and building a high-performing team in a regulated environment.What you will do:Lead and develop an operations-focused finance team of 5-10Own end-to-end deposit processing, cash application, refund issuance, and collectionsServe as the primary finance contact for external payer stakeholdersDeliver operational performance reporting to the VP of FinanceEnsure financial operations meet CMS regulatory requirements and remain audit-readyWhat we are looking for:6-10 years of finance or accounting operations experience, including 3+ years managing a teamBackground in high-volume cash operations - AR, cash application, refunds, or payment processingComfortable as the primary finance contact for external clients or payersHealthcare or regulated-industry experience preferredBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance requiredWhy PRIMeaningful work - every case we process protects a patient from a surprise medical billGrowth stage - real ownership, visible impact, and a team being built the right waySkills framework - defined growth paths and Udemy development pathways for every roleLean and direct - decisions get made and contributions matterPRI is an equal opportunity employer.
