Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Planner & Scheduler III to join their team. As a Manufacturing Planner & Scheduler III, you will be part of the Production Planning Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Planner & Scheduler III

Location: Stafford, CT

Pay Range: $40

What's the Job?

Plan and schedule all aspects of production, ensuring optimal and cost-effective manufacturing processes.

Coordinate production workflow across multiple product lines to meet delivery targets.

Analyze data to develop and maintain accurate production schedules, considering demand, lead times, and resource availability.

Collaborate with departments such as Demand Planning, R&D, Quality Control, and Logistics to resolve production issues.

Drive continuous process improvements to enhance key metrics like OTIF, backorder levels, and resource utilization.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, data science, or relevant experience.

Minimum of 3 years experience in planning and scheduling within a manufacturing environment.

Proficiency with ERP systems, especially SAP, and MS Office Suite.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of industry regulations such as ISO, FDA, GMP, and related standards.
