Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. The ideal candidate will manage calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare correspondence, and handle confidential information with professionalism. This is a Full-time, onsite position, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

Manage complex calendars, appointments, and scheduling for executives.

Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports.

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

Organize meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.

Maintain confidential files and sensitive business information.

Support special projects and administrative initiatives as needed.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience supporting C-level executives

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Concur

Experience coordinating complex travel arrangements

Ability to prepare board materials and support board meetings

Skilled in taking accurate and detailed meeting minutes

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
