Our client, a leading organization in the technology industry, is seeking an Administrative Assistant 1 to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant 1, you will be part of the Administrative Support Department supporting organizational operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Redmond, WA (HYBRID)

Pay Range:

What's the Job?

Provide administrative support during organizational changes, including backfilling gaps caused by reorgs and employee departures.

Support evolving administrative needs across teams as gaps are identified and responsibilities are defined.

Manage schedules, coordinate travel arrangements, and organize meetings and events.

Assist with department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility management.

Complete special projects as assigned to support team objectives.

What's Needed?

Experience with Microsoft tools such as Outlook, Excel, and internal systems like EC/HRIC.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.

Previous experience in administrative support roles is preferred.
