Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Manufacturing Operator positions in Zebulon, NC . This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills as a Material Handler, while learning new ones to assist you in your career.

Shift: Sun -Sat, All days should be available (Day Shift is 5:30am-6pm; Mon -Night Shift is 6:30pm-6am)

Weekly paycheck

Pay: Day shift is $19.50, Night Shift is $ 20.00

Responsibilities:

Operates, challenges, replenishes consumable supplies, clean equipment, and all the duties needed by the business in accordance with GMPs, Batch Documentation, SOPs, ZSPs and JSAs as required and responsible for maintaining inspection readiness of area with minimal supervision.

Actively participates and owns monitoring equipment for excessive rejects/stoppages and utilizes performance data to escalate any problems occurring in the area that affects product quality, safety and other aspects of line performance.

Trained in the GSK Production System standards (i.e., 5s, standard work, problem solving, Gemba, process confirmations, and performance management) towards the goal of Zero Accidents, Zero Defects, and Zero Waste.

Participates in performance management entry, steps 1-3 of problem solving, and performing/maintaining OSW and 5S.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

1+ years Pharma/Manufacturing experience

Must be able to handle up to 40 lbs. of materials

Ability to work up to 12.5 hrs. in one shift (If required)

Pay Details: $19.50 to $20.00 per hour
