What you'll do...
Role summary:
As Principal Product Manager, you will define the vision and strategy for scaling supplier AI and agentic experiences across Supplier One. You will identify high-value use cases across supplier touchpoints, including chat, embedded experiences, and agent-to-agent workflows, shaping a new way for suppliers to operate beyond traditional UIs and APIs. This role requires system-level partnership across domain teams to prioritize workflows, evaluate performance, and deliver capabilities that create measurable supplier impact. You will bring high ownership, data-informed decision making, stakeholder alignment, and strong execution to manage complex roadmaps and scale innovation globally.

Our team manages Supplier One, Walmart's global platform enabling suppliers to operate efficiently across markets. We develop scalable, user-focused tools that support suppliers at every stage of growth, enhancing their ability to collaborate and expand. What you'll do:
Define and own the roadmap for supplier AI and agent experiences across Supplier One, aligning priorities to supplier needs, business goals, and global platform strategy.
Identify and prioritize high-value workflows across chat, embedded experiences, partner applications and agent-to-agent interactions.
Partner with product, engineering, design, data science, and business teams to translate supplier pain points into scalable capabilities.
Use data, research, supplier feedback, and performance metrics to evaluate quality, adoption, workflow completion, accuracy, and business impact.
Establish product guardrails, governance, and launch strategies that ensure new capabilities are reliable, trustworthy, measurable, and adopted across global supplier segments.
What you'll bring:
Experience building, scaling, and deploying AI-powered or agentic workflows in complex product ecosystems.
Strong product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management skills, with comfort turning ambiguity into clear decisions and shipped outcomes.
Analytical rigor to define problem statements, success metrics, and data-informed decisions.
Knowledge of emerging AI trends, best practices, evaluation methods, and responsible product guardrails.
High agency, ownership, and builder mindset, leveraging available tools to test, learn, and iterate quickly.
Strong communication, stakeholder influence, and mentoring skills across product, engineering, design, data, and business teams.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30003: The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
