How you'll make an impact in this role

Manage capital healthcare projects from planning through construction, directing scopes, schedules, budgets, and team roles to deliver strategic functionality within constraints.

Ensure strict adherence to safety codes, building regulations, and healthcare accreditation standards across all construction, remodeling, and renovation projects.

Oversee budget development, bidding, and financial reporting, actively tracking key metrics including budget burn, earned value, percent complete, and project slippage.

Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hospital staff, contractors, architects, engineers, and client stakeholders, to align project timelines and designs.

Develop and monitor quality assurance frameworks, manage project acceptance and warranty responses, and contribute to policies for a national construction framework.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Drivers License obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Licensed Construction Professional preferred. Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC).

Project Mgmt Professional preferred. Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) accepted.

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
