What You Will Be Doing:

As a Senior Account Manager for Yancey Power Systems, you will be responsible for outside sales for the Electric Power Generation division.

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for helping develop and execute Electric Power sales growth targets and orders operating plan, via penetration of existing key accounts and new project key opportunities.

Development of growth strategies, including sales initiatives, and customer mapping/penetration

Drive aggressive growth targets: volume, mix, penetration, and timing

Participate in cross-functional business activities

Additional Responsibilities:

Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner.

Additional duties as assigned by manager.

Who We Are Looking For:

To be successful in this position you should have prior sales or EPG experience, knowledge of tools applicable to the position and the desire to learn. Must be driven to succeed, competitive and have the ability to close incremental sales and develop business with new customers. You should possess a strong sense of urgency and desire to provide superior customer service. The ability to take direction and work in a team environment is essential to this position as well.

Education/Experience:

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent experience.

Four year college degree from an accredited institution or equivalent preferred.

Must have 3 - 5 years industry experience.

Employee may be required to submit to customer security requirements including but not limited to additional background checks, drug tests, and provide additional identification.

This position is eligible for a cell phone allowance as they will be required to use their personal cellphone for business.
