Description

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Receptionist to support front desk operations for a short-term Contract assignment in Miami, Florida. This role is ideal for someone who communicates confidently in both English and Spanish and can create a welcoming experience for visitors while keeping daily administrative tasks organized. The position will require strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to manage calls, scheduling, and correspondence efficiently. 1 day - 6/16- 7am to 4pm

Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and provide a detail-oriented first point of contact for visitors, callers, and staff members.

Manage a multi-line phone system, route incoming calls accurately, and take clear messages when needed.

Coordinate appointments and maintain calendars to help support smooth daily office activity.

Handle email communication promptly and direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts.

Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and keep records updated and well organized.

Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are easy to retrieve when needed.

Support general front desk and administrative coverage to keep office operations running efficiently.

Requirements - Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role is preferred.

Ability to operate a multi-line telephone system in a fast-paced environment.

Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Accurate data entry skills and strong attention to detail.

Ability to organize files, manage appointments, and handle multiple tasks effectively. TalentMatch®
