We are seeking a highly organized and motivatedOffice Administratorto oversee daily office operations and support our growing team. This position is mostly in-office with opportunity to work some shifts from home

JOB SUMMARY

The administrative assistant provides office coordination and ensures the smooth operation of daily business.

Manage day-to-day office operations

Answer incoming calls and emails from customers

Schedule service calls, maintenance appointments, and installations

Coordinate technician schedules and dispatch as needed

Prepare proposals, invoices, and customer correspondence

Assist with accounts receivable functions

Process permits and maintains job documentation

Maintain organized digital and physical records

Support payroll administration and employee onboarding paperwork

Track office supplies and coordinate vendor relationships

Help implement and improve office procedures and workflows

Provide administrative support to company ownership

Assist with additional administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

1+ years of office management or administrative experience

Electrical industry experience is a plus

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Familiarity with bookkeeping functions is a plus

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented

JOB DUTIES

Answering the telephone

Assisting in accounting activities

Compiling call runs

Averaging sales

Tracking closing ratios

Tracking agreement renewals

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Typing skills

Knowledge of Office programs

Filing and organization

Shipping

Other administrative duties

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
