Job Description All Inbox LLC seeks a Vice President of Product Engineering in Fort Lee, NJ.

Duties: Define and execute a multi-year technical strategy aligned with business objectives, focusing on scalable multi-channel marketing infrastructure. Drive architectural decisions across Email, Telephony, SMS, and ESP platforms, ensuring seamless integration and performance at scale. Lead technology evaluation and make critical build-vs-buy decisions that impact the entire marketing technology stack. Establish technical standards and best practices across all engineering teams, promoting code quality, security, and operational excellence. Champion innovation initiatives including AI/ML integration for personalization, predictive analytics, and campaign optimization. Build, mentor, and scale a world-class engineering organization of 30+Engineers. Directly manage and develop 4-6 senior engineering leaders (Senior EM, EMs, and Software Architects). Collaborate with Executive leadership team to define company-wide strategic initiatives and quarterly OKRs. Present engineering metrics, initiatives, and strategic recommendations to the executive team. Serve as the technical voice in business planning, advocating for engineering investments and infrastructure needs. Ensure on-time delivery of complex, multi-team projects while maintaining quality standards. Implement and monitor engineering KPIs including system reliability (99.9%+ uptime) and delivery performance. Oversee compliance with CAN-SPAM, TCPA and other regulatory requirements across all communication channels. Drive continuous improvement in development processes, deployment automation, and developer productivity.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or foreign equivalent) plus 7 years of experience in a related occupation(s).

Requires 7 years of experience in Software Product Development.

Requires 5 years of experience in: Distributed Systems and Microservices Architecture; Technical Architecture & System Design, designing and implementing systems at scale; At least one of the following: Spark, Hadoop, Big Data Analytics, Kubernetes, Karpenter, ECS; Full-Stack engineering; hands-on coding in at least one of the following modern languages/frameworks: Java (Spring), Javascript (React), Python Django, Flask

Requires 3 years of experience in: Engineering Team Leadership - leading and scaling engineering teams; Regulatory Compliance & Operational Rigor - Platform Risk & Delivery Management

Requires 2 years of experience in Executive Communication & Metrics Reporting - reporting to executive boards or C-level stakeholders

Requires 1 year of experience in a VP or director role in a related industry.

Telecommuting is permitted, must work from employer's HQ office at least one day per week.
