Mgmt. Job Summary The Sr. Indirect Procurement Professional will lead
the 3PL, Warehousing & Logistics category by partnering with
stakeholders to set sourcing priorities, manage supplier strategies, and
drive measurable value through competitive sourcing, strong commercial
terms, and ongoing performance and risk management. Job Responsibilities
Category Management & Leadership Lead the development and execution of
category plans and global sourcing strategies, leveraging industry
trends, market insights, and spend analytics Align procurement goals
with business objectives and operational needs Cost & Performance
Management Ensure cost-effective buying channels & strategies are in
place for assigned spend categories Develop and monitor key performance
indicators (KPIs) and report on savings, efficiencies, and supplier
performance. Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial
metrics for assigned categories. Risk Management Mitigate supply chain
risks by developing contingency plans Ensure compliance with plant
safety, quality, and applicable regulatory standards Ensured compliance
with contractual obligations and applicable trade regulations Sourcing &
Contracting Lead sourcing events (RFI, RFP, RFQ), including bid
evaluation, supplier selection, and award recommendations. Negotiate
complex contracts and statements of work (SOW) in collaboration with
legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to company policies
Supplier Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong
relationships with service providers Lead business reviews with key
suppliers to assess performance, service levels, and align future...
