RF & Electronics Component Painter / Finishing Technician

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly disciplined individual to paint and finish RF and electronic components in accordance with MIL-STD processes. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on skills, a desire to learn, and a commitment to precision. Prior MIL-STD experience is a plus but not required-we are willing to train the right person.

Key Responsibilities

Apply coatings and finishes to RF and electronic components following MIL-STD procedures

Prepare parts for painting (cleaning, masking, inspection, handling)

Follow documented processes with strict attention to detail and repeatability

Perform visual inspections to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance

Maintain a clean, organized, and controlled work environment

Adhere to safety, quality, and process discipline at all times

Required Skills & Attributes

Exceptional attention to detail

Strong commitment to process discipline and quality standards

Manual dexterity and comfort with fine, precise work

Ability to follow written procedures and instructions accurately

High level of motivation and willingness to learn specialized processes

Dependable, patient, and quality-driven mindset

Preferred (but Not Required)

Experience painting, coating, or finishing precision components

Background in electronics, RF, aerospace, defense, or manufacturing

Familiarity with MIL-STD or other regulated manufacturing environments

Training

Full training provided on MIL-STD painting and finishing processes for the right candidate
