As a Security Officer Armed Mobile Patrol in Fayetteville, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Our armed officers in a healthcare location monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence and routine patrols. This role calls for strong communication, customer service, and professionalism while supporting patients, visitors, and staff. Pay Rate: $18.58 / Hour

Day Time

Wed06:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Thur06:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Fri06:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Sat06:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare location.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical-related situations, and/or critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professional armed presence.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.

Monitor access points and help to control entry and exit activity for restricted areas, visitor traffic, and/or after-hours movement in accordance with site-specific protocols.

Document incidents, observations, and/or security-related concerns, and communicate with site contacts, first responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess an armed guard card and/or license.

Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.

Be at least 21 years of age.

The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

Handcuffing certification is preferred.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
