The estimated hourly pay rate for this position is \$21.00 per hour. This role is also eligible for S&C\'s annual short-term incentive bonus, subject to eligibility criteria. Join Our Team as a Mold Machine Operator! A Mold Machine Operator is responsible for operating an injection molding machine to produce polymer components efficiently. This role involves reviewing job orders and blueprints, setting up molds, adjusting parameters, and monitoring production to maintain optimal machinery conditions. Key Responsibilities: Operate injection molding machine, ensuring the smooth and efficient production of simple polymer components. Review job orders and simple blueprints to understand molding requirements. Set up molds, adjust parameters, and monitor production, maintaining optimal operating conditions for the machinery. Comfortable wearing respirator for different periods of time. Cycle molding machine and monitor its progress while performing secondary operations such as deflashing, inspection, visual and mechanical application of lubricating grease, and packaging of finished product. Inspect finished products for defects, following quality assurance guidelines and escalating quality issues when needed. Use hand tools like files, hammer, scrapper, air nozzle to blow off excess...
