Motivation to work on a variety of projects and gain broad, hands-on engineering and construction experience.
Work Environment
The role involves a combination of field and laboratory work, with a strong emphasis on on-site activities across various locations in Kentucky. Most assignments involve day travel only, allowing the technician to return home each day. Transportation is provided, and the technician initially reports to the Shelbyville office each morning before traveling to project sites in a company truck with other team members. As experience and responsibility increase, there is potential to drive a company truck independently.
