Mechanical Assembler

Pay: $19-22/hr based on experience/position (Entry level mechanical also)

Shift: 1st (daytime) 630am- 3pm (Mon-Friday)

2nd (afternoon) 2pm- 11pm (Mon-Friday)

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints to understand assembly requirements and specifications.

Utilize hand and power tools to perform mechanical assembly tasks safely and efficiently.

Assemble large parts and components

Produce parts that meet or exceed quality standards as determined by production and quality personnel.

Troubleshoot basic machine and equipment problems that affect assembly work.

Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment as needed to support reliable operation.

Can be cross trained scross multiple departments

Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Essential Skills

Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.

Proficiency using hand tools and power tools in a production or shop environment.

Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of mechanical assembly practices.

Ability to consistently meet production deadlines while maintaining quality.

Capability to troubleshoot basic mechanical or equipment issues.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Souderton, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.
