Location: Lima, NY
Shift: A Shift | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

We're looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Lima, NY. In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping warehouse operations running smoothly by receiving, organizing, tracking, and shipping materials and products accurately and efficiently.
What You'll Do
Receive incoming shipments and verify materials against packing slips and purchase orders
Accurately stock, organize, and label inventory throughout the warehouse
Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and audits to maintain inventory accuracy
Use warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems to track inventory movement
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or production needs
Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
Assist with shipping/receiving paperwork and documentation
Report damaged goods, shortages, or inventory discrepancies promptly
Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Previous warehouse experience required
Inventory control or inventory management experience required
Ability to accurately maintain inventory records
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Basic computer and data entry skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with barcode scanners, inventory software, or ERP systems
Forklift certification (or willingness to become certified)
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial warehouse environment
Familiarity with shipping carriers and logistics processes
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
