Salary: $135,000/YR + Commission

The Treasury Management Development Specialist is a production-focused role responsible for driving new deposit growth across First Western Trust's footprint. This position targets high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, privately held businesses, and family offices, with an annual new deposit production goal of $10-20 million. You'll structure tailored deposit and treasury solutions that support client liquidity, operations, and long-term relationships. This role partners closely with Profit Center teams while remaining focused on origination rather than ongoing service.
