Key Performance Indicators - BRCGS Global Standard for Packaging Materials certification for Sinclair North America - ISO 9001 certification for Sinclair North America - On-time completion of internal audit activities - IMP and CAPA closure on time - Meeting coordination accuracy (minutes distributed within 24 hours) Key Accountabilities - Provide high-level administrative coordination to Operations leadership and cross-functional teams. - Support QMS documentation, ensuring version control, compliance, and accessibility. - Support audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement processes. - Aid in document lifecycle control (creation, review, approval, distribution, archiving). - Compile, validate, and report on quality metrics. - Maintain dashboards and support data-driven decision-making. - Facilitate communication between departments for process alignment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items. - Prepare quality reports, presentations, and business documentation. - Support project coordination and follow-ups on operational and quality initiatives. - Support maintenance and update policies, procedures, SOPs, and work instructions. - Aid in document control compliance (versioning, approvals, amendment log, document register, distribution folders). - Conduct periodic reviews to ensure all documentation is current and compliant. - Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and audit trails; following up with auditor's progress. - Track and follow up on CAPAs and IMPs. - Assist with quality reviews and management review meetings. - Generate recurring reports (daily, weekly, monthly). - To abide by all statutory requirements including those relating to health and safety. - To ensure you read, understand, and fulfil your responsibilities under the Company's equal opportunities policy in place from time to time. - To adhere to and promote all company policies and procedures in place from time to time including those relating to HR and health and safety. - To undertake any other reasonable duties as directed by the line manager. - This role does not currently require the use of the E1 platform. Should it be determined later that E1 access is required, the job holder will be expected to: o Adhere to all agreed processes within E1 and not deviate from, bypass, or circumvent the system in any way unless formally approved by their Line Manager or LG. o Complete all required E1 training modules within the Learning Management System (LMS) as outlined in their assigned E1 Learning Plan. o Obtain formal sign-off from their Line Manager confirming competency before being granted access to the live E1 environment

Associate's in Business Administration or relevant work experience Current US driving license Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration 3 - 5 years in an administrative support, operations coordination or QMS environment. BRCGS Issue 7 - Packaging knowledge HARA Certified Strong verbal, written and oral communication skills Excellent inter-personal skills Accurate and timely with data collection and reporting Proficient with the MS Office suite of programs or similar. Knowledge of document control and QMS principles Confident, commands respect and trust among peers and others. Self-motivated Approachable Highly organized with keen attention to detail Maintains confidentiality. Able to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with others Adapts to change positively and without crisis Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Demonstrable drive for continuous improvement

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
