Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:00 PM | Full-Time

What's a typical day as a Maintenance Specialist? You'll be:
Performing repairs and modifications on production equipment using hand and power tools
Troubleshooting mechanical issues and supporting machine breakdown repairs
Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documentation
Creating machine trees and breaking down machines to component level
Maintaining inventories for spare parts, tooling, and supplies
Executing maintenance plans through CMMS and factory resources
Recording and analyzing maintenance data, KPIs, and historical records
Offering technical support and digitalization solutions to operations
Performing technology upgrades to enhance asset reliability
Implementing Condition Monitoring strategic projects across the factory
Supporting and developing Preventive and Autonomous Maintenance programs
Updating PM routines and job plans based on root cause investigations
Measuring maintenance program efficiency and supporting training initiatives
Operating fork trucks and handling other assigned tasks
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have a mechanical background in machine repair, automotive repair, or service technician roles
Can read blueprints and technical drawings
Are experienced with preventive maintenance programs or CMMS systems (preferred)
Possess strong troubleshooting and mechanical repair skills
Are proficient in Microsoft Office and computer-based maintenance programs
Have forklift experience (a plus)
Hold a minimum high school diploma (advanced degree or formal training preferred)
Can work independently and as part of a maintenance team
Meet the physical requirements: varied postures, occasional lifting up to 50 lbs, and operating carts/tooling
