Warehouse Associate

Position Overview

This role is split between warehouse operations and local driving duties:

Driving: Operate a company box truck for local pickups and deliveries within approximately a 20-mile radius

Warehouse: Support daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory management

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate company box trucks for local deliveries and pickups

Load and unload trucks and containers using forklifts and other material handling equipment

Verify shipment details including counts, weights, and dimensions against documentation

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently

Stage, store, and replenish inventory within the warehouse

Utilize scanning systems to track products and maintain accurate records

Assist with inventory counts and ensure warehouse organization and cleanliness

Follow all company safety procedures and DOT regulations

Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet daily goals

Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries

What You Should Know

Must have a valid driver's license

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role requiring both driving and warehouse work

Strong attention to accuracy, safety, and productivity is essential

Must comply with all DOT regulations and company policies at all times

Overtime may be required based on business needs

Ideal Candidate

Experience in warehouse operations and/or commercial driving preferred

Comfortable operating forklifts and material handling equipment

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Commitment to safety and professionalism

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Plains, OR.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.75 - $25.75/hr.
