Location: Remote, based in EST (Equipment Provided)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM EST (40 hours/week)
Duration: 12-15 Weeks

Immediate Hiring - 9 Temporary Administrative Assistants
Kelly Services is seeking detail-oriented Administrative Assistants to support a high-volume administrative project focusing on a backlog on cases for arbitration within the healthcare industry.
This is a production-focused administrative role supporting arbitration case processing and documentation management.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are highly organized, learn quickly, work independently, and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
Important: Due to critical project deadlines, selected candidates must be available to work the entire assignment without pre-planned vacations or extended time off.
Responsibilities
Process and manage arbitration-related case documentation.
Upload and download documents across federal portals, internal systems, and third-party platforms.
Perform high-volume data entry and case tracking.
Organize and maintain electronic files and records.
Review documentation for completeness and accuracy.
Manage shared inboxes and route inquiries appropriately.
Support daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
Identify issues requiring additional research or escalation.
Work across multiple systems, databases, and web-based platforms.
What We're Looking For
Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
Experience with SharePoint, Salesforce, case management systems, or similar platforms preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience reviewing medical claims, Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), or remittance advice.
Healthcare administration, billing, reimbursement, or payer/provider experience.
Experience supporting high-volume workflows and shared inboxes.
Experience with PDF management and electronic signature tools.
Remote Work Requirements
