Administrative Coordinator

?? Full-Time | Office-Based | Team-Oriented Role

We're hiring an Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations across multiple teams. If you're organized, proactive, and enjoy working with people, this is a great opportunity to step into a stable role with growth potential.

You'll help keep projects moving, support scheduling, and ensure everything stays organized and on track.

What You'll Do

Manage and update team calendars based on project timelines and availability

Communicate with project managers, vendors, and internal teams via email and phone

Track job details, process invoices, and update systems using ERP tools (BT5)

Build and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and project documentation

Provide administrative support (filing, scanning, data entry, phones)

Act as a point of contact for questions and day-to-day coordination

Keep files organized and ensure accurate recordkeeping

Step in to support team members as needed

What We're Looking For

1+ year of administrative, office, or customer service experience

Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Waverly, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
