Position Summary...
The Manager, Finance plays a key role in driving financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis to support business growth and decision-making. This position partners with cross-functional leaders to evaluate investments, assess business performance, and identify risks and opportunities. Responsibilities include developing financial models, leading forecasting processes, supporting annual operating plan and long-range planning cycles, and analyzing revenue, profitability, and key business trends. The role translates complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership and drives continuous improvement in reporting and decision support capabilities, helping inform strategy, resource allocation, and sustainable business growth.

The Walmart Business Finance team partners with leaders across merchandising, operations, product, marketing, and commercial areas to drive strategic financial planning and performance. Focused on delivering data-driven insights, the team supports decisions on customer growth, profitability, pricing, and operational efficiency. Operating within a fast-growing B2B segment, team members contribute to shaping business strategy, evaluating investments, and enabling sustainable growth. What you'll do...
Lead financial planning, forecasting, and month-end performance analysis to support business objectives and strategic decision-making.
Own key components of the annual operating plan (AOP), long-range plan (LRP) to ensure alignment with business priorities.
Develop financial models and business cases to evaluate investments, growth initiatives, and strategic opportunities.
Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify risks and opportunities, provide actionable insights, and influence business decisions.
Analyze revenue, profitability, customer, and operational performance trends to drive recommendations and improve outcomes.
Create and deliver executive-level reporting and presentations that communicate financial results, key drivers, and strategic implications.
Drive continuous improvement to enhance decision support, efficiency, and visibility into business performance.
What you'll bring:
Experience in financial planning, forecasting, and business performance management in a complex business environment.
Proven ability to build financial models and business cases that support investment and growth decisions.
Experience managing or supporting a P&L, with knowledge of key revenue, profitability, and investment drivers.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Demonstrated experience in strategic finance business partnership, influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving informed business decisions.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with the ability to navigate ambiguity, think creatively, and develop solutions to new business challenges.
Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
