What you'll do:
Lead and support teams by coordinating work assignments, sharing resources, and ensuring quality and timely completion of tasks.
Supervise associates by assigning duties, communicating goals, providing feedback, and monitoring performance.
Train and coach team members on company policies, procedures, and safety standards, ensuring compliance with regulations such as OSHA and DOT.
Manage landscape maintenance using horticultural methods, including planting, pruning, pest control, and upkeep of garden beds and exterior areas.
Utilize technology to complete work orders, maintain records, and document activities accurately.
Resolve customer concerns by providing effective communication and service.
Promote a positive work environment through respectful leadership, collaboration, and adherence to company values.
What you'll bring:
Proven leadership experience in supervising and developing teams within facility or exterior services.
Strong knowledge of horticulture practices, including planting, pruning, pest management, and landscape maintenance.
Ability to coordinate and execute work assignments while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Skilled in using technology to manage work orders, documentation, and communication effectively.
Demonstrated capability to provide coaching, feedback, and support to associates to meet performance goals.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as OSHA, DOT, NFPA, and environmental compliance.
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills to address facility user concerns professionally.

The hourly wage range for this position is $26.00 - $51.00The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Minimum Qualifications...
Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position. If none are listed, there are no minimum qualifications.
21 years of age or older.
Valid, state-issued driver's license.
No convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI, or reckless driving involving alcohol or drugs within the last three (3) years.
No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years, if driving a commercial motor vehicle.
No serious traffic violations (as defined by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations) in the 3 years, if operating a commercial motor vehicle.
No preventable accidents (as defined by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations) in the last 3 years, if operating a commercial motor vehicle.
Successful completion of a DOT physical and medical certification within 90 days of hire.
As required by section 391.11(b)(2) of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, ability to read and speak in the English language.
2 years' experience in the landscaping/gardening industry.
