Job Details

General Summary:

Leads the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide HR programs and initiatives supporting Supply Chain operations. Drives initiatives focused on employee engagement, development, retention, and recruiting effectiveness, while ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. Provides data-driven insights and partners cross-functionally to enable scalable, sustainable HR solutions across the network.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Leads the design, development, and continuous improvement of network-wide HR programs that drive retention, engagement, onboarding effectiveness, and leadership development, while owning program strategy, prioritization, and scalability across Supply Chain.

Evaluates and modernizes HR processes by identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, and enhance operations, including leading the implementation and adoption of new technologies, tools, and vendor-supported solutions.

Partners with Operations, HR leaders, and cross-functional teams to plan and execute initiatives that support business priorities and improve the employee experience across Supply Chain.

Leads HR reporting and analytics by delivering accurate, actionable insights on key metrics such as turnover, staffing, recruiting, onboarding, and engagement to inform leadership decision-making.

Manages a portfolio of enterprise HR projects by establishing structure, governance, and timelines to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to strategic priorities.

Leads and influences cross-functional teams and stakeholders, providing guidance, coaching, and support to HR team members while driving alignment and consistency across the network.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Strong strategic thinking and program leadership capability

Ability to lead multiple complex, enterprise-level initiatives simultaneously

Advanced analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights and recommendations

Demonstrated change management and process improvement expertise

Strong influencing skills and ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization

Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to engage senior leadership

Strong project management and organizational skills

High attention to detail and ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Strong strategic thinking and program leadership capability

Work Experience &/or Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

5+ years of progressive HR or related experience, including experience leading large-scale projects or programs

Experience supporting Supply Chain or field-based organizations preferred
