We are seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Associates to support order picking, pallet building, and distribution in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications

6 plus months of warehouse experience

6 plus months of experience working with pallet jacks and 2 wheel dollies

-Ability to consistently lift 25-60 pounds

-Work in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

Order selection - Accurately pick cases of beer, wine, and spirits using a voice-operated RF system.

Product handling - Locate items and transport them using an electric pallet jack or dolly.

Dual-component orders - Complete both Pick A and Pick B sections of each order and deliver them to designated staging areas as directed by the RF system.

Pallet building - Assemble stable, well-organized pallets that meet customer specifications.

Loading support - Assist drivers with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.

Warehouse operations -Support shipping and receiving, inventory tasks, and general warehouse organization.

Workplace upkeep - Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Surprise, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.25 - $20.25/hr.
